Simon Decker has been with Alexander Thamm [at] since 2020. As Head of New Business Development, he is responsible for working with clients across various industries to develop and implement Data & AI projects that drive innovation and business value.

He has 17 years of experience in the US, European and international utility/commercial solar markets as well as the European Data & AI Community. He is passionate about sustainability - especially mobility and renewable energies.

Niels Thomsen has been Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Alexander Thamm GmbH since 2024. He works closely with clients to develop and implement Data & AI solutions that create tangible business value. With extensive experience in sales strategy, business development, and complex deal negotiations, he has a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects and building long-term customer relationships.
Before joining [at] Niels held executive roles at Capgemini, AWS, and Atos, where he spent nearly a decade in various VP positions, including Global Head of IoT & Analytics and Deputy Head of the Siemens Atos Global Alliance. He has worked with leading organizations across Denmark, the Nordics, and Europe, particularly in Germany.

As a product manager at we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH I am in charge of my own automotive event portfolio. Our conferences bring more than 200 industry experts and decision-makers together and help them exchange experiences and ideas with their peers from the automotive community.
