Steffen Bergmann is leading the team „Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence“ at Miles & More since October 2017. The team is responsible to get relevant information to the Miles & More employes in a self-service-BI approach, make sure the digital properties are consistantly tracked and ensure that new data is loaded properly into our Data Warehouse. He is working with customer data and various BI-tools since he joined the database marketing team at Lufthansa WorldShop in 2012. Steffen Bergmann studied Information management in Mannheim and started at Lufthansa Systems in 2005 where he worked in different controlling departments.

I’m also really happy that I still can get hands on data myself, bringing it in a good format from different sources, merge it, aggregate it, bring it to tableau and then see what insights I can derive from it.
