Kian has specialized in design and delivery of large scale E2E Knowledge-first Customer-centric Digital Transformations for global organization within both Public and Private sectors, including Healthcare, retail, manufacturing, among others. He has designed National ICT and AI strategies, and has been advisor on projects financed by World Bank, IADB and UNDP.

Kian is passionate about designing "People-literate technologies", as well as People-centric Digital-First solutions in the context of Smart Spaces for healthcare, manufacturing, global logistics, buildings & shops, as well as homes and cities. He designs and delivers Intelligence Augmentation, using innovative convergence of solutions, such as IoT / Edge / Endpoint computing and analytics, DLT and Smart Contracts, Intelligent Lighting and HVAC, Behavioral Economics and Choice Architectures, Software Robotics, and Digital Humans for real-time data monetization, real-time recommendation engines, as well as real-time decision support systems.
