Roche is developing a new platform for their 1200 data scientists, which will streamline their workflow and increase productivity after all. The transition and onboarding will be a big challenge, however, because there will be many changes like a new way of working, new packaging and a new language, just to name a few. To alleviate this problem, an LLM is implemented which will guide everyone through this transition and can give counsel on every topic which may come up in the process.
